WASHED Beauty Studio ("we," "us," "our") respects your privacy. The only personal information collected through this website is what you provide when requesting an appointment through our booking form:

We do not collect payment or financial information through this website. Payment is handled in person at the studio.
We do not currently use analytics or tracking cookies on this site. If that changes in the future (for example, adding visit-tracking to understand how people use the site), we'll update this policy before doing so.
How your information is used
When you submit a booking request, the details you provide are sent directly to the studio by email so we can review your request and confirm your appointment. We do not use your information for any purpose beyond scheduling and communicating with you about your visit.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party, ever.
Who processes your information
To make the booking system work, your information passes through a small number of service providers who help us run the website. Each has its own privacy and security practices:
- Resend — the email delivery service that sends your booking request to the studio's inbox.
- Cloudflare — hosts our website and the small piece of code that processes booking submissions. Cloudflare also provides the security (HTTPS encryption) that protects your information in transit.
These providers act only as processors on our behalf — they don't use your information for their own purposes.
Security
All information submitted through this website is transmitted securely using HTTPS encryption. We take reasonable steps to protect your personal information against loss, theft, and unauthorized access, but no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
Your rights
Under PIPEDA, you have the right to:
- Ask what personal information we hold about you
- Request corrections to inaccurate information
- Request that we delete your information, where reasonably possible
- Withdraw consent for us to contact you (though this may affect our ability to manage an existing booking)

Children's privacy
This website and our services are not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 13 without parental involvement.
